Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by February 20, 2027. Anyone not RSVP'd and accounted for by then, we will have to move forward without you.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your invitation says +1 guest, then yes! If not, we will only be able to accommodate those on the invitation.

Are children allowed?

Answer

Although we love your children, due to space and budget constraints, we ask that only adults attend. We encourage you to use our wedding as a date night!

Are there hotel blocks reserved for guests?

Answer

There will be. More info to come, as we move closer to our date.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Please arrive 30-45 minutes early to the venue. The ceremony starts promptly at 4, so please arrive by 3:30. Doors will be closed and will not re-open after 4.

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Partially both. If we have weather limitations, we have a backup room to move the party inside. It is a courtyard wedding with a buffet and cocktail hour inside the cafe.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love for everyone to be in formal attire. Suits and gowns are acceptable, as well as button ups with or without a tie, and mid-length to longer cocktail dresses. It will likely be warm, so dress accordingly. There is no grass or sand to walk on, so please wear nicer shoes. No jeans or sneakers permitted.

Is there parking available at the venue?

There is limited parking in the parking garage on Bishop. Although we encourage ride sharing to the venue, as we will have hotel blocks not too far away. If you plan on drinking, please be responsible about your transportation.

Will there be an open bar?

Of course there will be ;)

Will dinner be served?

Answer

We will have a buffet style dinner. We want everyone to be able to mingle and move around as they please, without feeling rushed to eat! Food options to come.

Will there be vegetarian, vegan or gluten free options?

Answer

While we will for sure have vegetarian options and omnivore options, we won't have any fully vegan or gluten free options in the buffet. Please contact us directly if this affects you and we will accommodate!

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Although we love gifts and the thought of them, we kindly ask to donate to our honeymoon fund instead. :) We do have a couple physical gifts listed under the registry tab here, if you are really so inclined! We appreciate anything though, you being there with us is more than enough of a gift!
