Zip-lining into marriage

Adventure clothes. Leggings, pants and a comfortable/breathable top. Layers. Must wear closed-toed shoes!
***The reservation number is 372492, under Susan’s name. You will need to call and ask for Carol Wagner (304-574-4437) OR ask for Jessica Campbell (304-574-4451) to reserve your spots with your full payment AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.*** There will be two waves for the zip-line trip. Sixteen people will head out at noon (IT IS FULL!) and sixteen will leave at 1 PM. This trip meets at the Mill Creek Aerial Adventure Center, in Mill Creek Village (#8 on the campus map) and will go rain or shine. We will meet in the parking lot to sign waivers and gather into groups! (All guests must weigh between 100-260 lbs. Closed-toed shoes are required. Minimum age is 12 years old.) $97.25 per person.

Business Casual Attire: Sundresses, flats/wedges/block heels (NO stilettos unless you want to be miserable), khakis, nice button down tops, and bring a wrap or jacket if needed because it is an open air pavilion..
***The rehearsal is at the Mountaineer Pavilion right past Mill Creek Village going into the cabin section on the right. Please follow the signs or map provided.***

Please be outside and ready for them! :) Resort: Since the venue is so close you can drive, or better yet, walk so it will get your legs warmed up for dancing the night away! The bus/shuttle will take you home if you need it. :) The Tree House at Wild Rock: Pick up at 5:00 PM The Meadow at Opossum Retreat: Pick up at 5:10 PM. The Quality Inn Hotel: Pick up at 5:20-5:30 PM.

Wedding Weekend
With our wedding weekend being a long weekend, we would absolutely love for families to come enjoy all the wonderful activities that the Fayetteville area has to offer! With that being said, we have chosen for our reception to be an Adult Only occasion in order to allow all guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation. We hope this advance notice allows you to plan ahead. We look forward to celebrating with you as we start the next chapter of our lives together! ***If you need guidance on a sitter for the evening of the wedding, please feel free to contact us to assist you.

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. No blue jeans or t-shirts please! I recommend wedges/flats/block heels for the ladies, no stilettos, please..

(We don't want any "hangry" wedding guests.)*** To locate the ceremony, listen for the sweet violin and guitar music, and look for the signs leading to the lower deck behind Smokey's restaurant. Whitewater Hangover Cure

Please be dressed and ready to go 20 minutes prior to our scheduled time. We will go rain or shine. We will meet in the parking lot thirty minutes before departing to sign waivers and gather into groups! Closed-toed shoes or shoes with back straps are required. Minimum age is 12 years old.) Please eat a late breakfast or lunch before we head on this excursion. $106.77 per adult and $97.25 per 12 year olds.
Live Band

***Band is currently cancelled due to Covid, however, please stick around and relax if you'd like.*** If you haven't had enough fun yet, we will be listening to a band over in the Mill Creek Village at the Rendezvous on Sunday evening to end the lovely weekend. Please join and listen to some good music and have some beverages and late evening snacks.
