Question

Where is the RSVP link?

Answer

At this time RSVPs have closed as we have reached maximum capacity. Please contact Hannah at hervin14@outlook.com for more information.

Question

Will you still have the wedding due to coronavirus?

Answer

Due to the latest Indiana information regarding the staged opening, we need to maintain our guest list (vendors and all) to under 100 people. We apologize to anyone that has not received an invitation or who was not able to RSVP because we ran out of spots (sorry, first come, first serve), but know that we are having the wedding professionally filmed and are going to have a private Facebook Live event for the ceremony. We will add anyone to the private Facebook event that desires, just send me an email (hervin14@outlook.com) or Facebook message to join.

Question

What precautions will you be taking for the wedding regarding COVID-19 precautions?

Answer

The wedding is outdoors, and we hope this will provide adequate opportunity for recommended social distancing. During the ceremony, we ask that you maintain at least 6 feet distance between parties of families or people that have quarantined together. We ask that all guests consider bringing a fun and festive face covering! Guests will receive a favor of hand sanitizer as access to sinks will be limited to the 2 restrooms on the premises. We will have disposable face coverings for everyone as well as additional hand sanitizer. Our buffet will be altered slightly so that only the caterers will plate the food.

Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

At this time, the RSVP has been closed, and we can accept no more guests for our wedding. This is due to reaching the maximum number of guests for our wedding per COVID-19 precautions. Again, we will be hosting a virtual page for the ceremony for those unable to attend or for those who were not able to RSVP due to maximum number of guests reached.

Question

How do I watch the wedding ceremony online?

Answer

Simply email Hannah (hervin14@outlook.com), and if you have a Facebook page, she will add you to the private Facebook event page, which will have a live stream of the wedding ceremony. The livestream will be recorded to view later on, and we have a professional videographer that will allow us to share the video with our guests once that is completed.

Question

What about parking?

Answer

The venue is a private residence, but has a generous field where parking will occur. We will also have golf carts to take people from the parking area to the ceremony and reception areas for those who require ADA access.

Question

How long do I have to decide on a blocked hotel room?

Answer

At this time the Fairfield Inn & Suites may be reserved at our discounted rate until May 5, 2020.
