Answer

Fenix Ballroom 1032 Donaldson Ave San Antonio, Texas 78228 Our ballroom is located minutes away from Thomas Jefferson High school. The nearest intersection is Donaldson and Wilson Blvd.

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Great Question! Yes your children are welcome! All we ask is that you not let them run around like crazy! This is a wedding, not a play date for the baby / younger cousins! Please keep them seated during dinner/cocktails, and please be aware of your child's surroundings.

Question

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

We are asking that everyone dresses Semi-Formal. Our wedding will be heavily photographed and recorded. So we would love for everyone to look great! Not to mention, we will be sharing these photos!! So stay smiling!

Question

Does your wedding have a theme?

Answer

Our wedding will not have a designated theme. Please dress semi-formal and please do not wear WHITE...that is the BRIDES color! Our wedding colors will be red, white and silver. Our wedding flowers are roses, sunflowers, and baby's breath.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Our wedding is accounted for. Please do not bring a plus one unless your invitation says otherwise. If someone is invited, they will receive an invitation and will be able to RSVP. We do understand if this effects your attendance. Please RSVP accordingly.

Question

Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be virtual and our reception will be indoors. Please see the schedule for our virtual meeting information for our ceremony.

Question

Can I take pictures and/or post photos of your wedding on social media?

Answer

While you may take photos of our wedding, we do ask that you use our hashtag #finallysanchez2021 and tag our social media in the post. We would love to see the moments you capture! We also ask to not be in our photographers way during special moments that night.

Question

What should I do if I RSVP and I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you have already sent in your RSVP as "yes" and can not make the wedding, we understand. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can continue to plan accordingly. If you know in advance before you RSVP, simply RSVP "no" We understand and do not take it personal.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?
