1. What is the wedding dress code?
Answer
We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Our wedding will be semi-formal — suits, button-down shirts with long pants, gowns, long dresses, cocktail dresses, or other dressy attire are perfect. Think “dress to impress,” but make sure you feel comfortable too! Our theme colors are shades of purple: plum, lavender, lilac, and iris — so feel free to coordinate if you’d like! We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white or ivory, and refrain from blue or ripped jeans (black jeans or khakis are okay). Also, please no rubber slippers. Thank you so much for honoring our dress code we can’t wait to celebrate together in style!

2. How to RSVP?
Answer
Please refer to the RSVP-by date listed on the invitation card. We kindly ask that you respond by texting or calling Lian (808-429-4374) by that date so we can finalize our plans—thank you!

3. Are we allowed to bring a plus one?
Answer
Please refer to your invitation for details on your guest count. If a plus one was included, their name will appear on the invitation or it will indicate “and guest.” If you're unsure, feel free to reach out and ask—we’re happy to clarify!

5. Where do we park?
Answer
Parking Information – Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa The hotel offers valet and indoor self-parking for our guests. Please note that the maximum clearance for our indoor parking structure is 6 feet 6 inches (6'6"). Oversized vehicles (those exceeding 6'6" in height) will need to park at nearby off-site locations. If you're driving a lifted Yota/truck/vehicle that exceeds the height limit, we kindly ask that you make alternative parking arrangements. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

6. Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our afternoon ceremony will take place outdoors on the Terrace. Following the ceremony, please join us for cocktail hour and the reception in the Ballroom, located just across the street in the same building as the self-parking structure. Guests will be guided to the Ballroom after the ceremony.

7. Have you reserved blocks of rooms at a hotel?
Answer
We’ve reserved a room block at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa for our guests. To book at the discounted rate, please visit the Hotel tab for the discount code. You may book online or by calling the hotel directly.

8. Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
Answer
We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos or videos during our wedding ceremony. We want everyone to be fully present with us in the moment as we say "I do." Feel free to snap photos before the ceremony and during the reception — we’d love to see them afterward! Thank you for your love and understanding!
