FAQs

Question

What if I didn't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked as "Not Attending". We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally named on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one, they will appear when you RSVP.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this is strictly an adults only celebration. Take this as your reason for a fun night out, kid free!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking and your seat. The ceremony will begin at 3:30pm, so please plan to arrive around 3:00pm but no later than 3:20pm. Once the ceremony begins, entrance will not be granted until the ceremony is completed.

Question

Is there handicap parking?

Answer

There are limited handicap parking spots at our venue. If you need special parking accommodations, please reach out to the bride by April 15th. Separate from handicap parking, there will be a shuttle to take you from the lower parking lot up to the venue entrance.

Question

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes! There is a designated parking lot on site for guests.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Typical Mid-May weather in Bel Air is an average of 74 degrees during the day and cooler in the evening.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! Please make prior transportation arrangements if you plan on drinking. Uber and Lyft both service the Bel Air area. We'd like everyone to have fun and more importantly get home safe!

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We plan on having most of our wedding outdoors (weather permitting). If mother nature has other plans, we will have an indoor plan in place!

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you could give us is being fully present when we say "I do"! We have hired professionals to capture this special moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like! If you do decide to take photos after the ceremony, we request that you text us those photos so we can share in those memories with you!
