We Eloped

September 26, 2020 was a day we so excitedly planned to celebrate our wedding day with you. Instead, you supported us from afar as we made the decision to marry privately because the state of the world did not allow us to have you there at that time. You encouraged us as we re-planned our celebration for the following year. You understood as we had to make the upsetting decision to cancel again in 2021. We re-planned our wedding reception four times, because it was important to us to have that day of celebration with you. With many unforseen life hurdles, we were forced to cancel each plan. ​ With each trial, we've grown stronger and our wedding journey has forced us to focus on the real importance of a wedding: the promises we are making to each other for the rest of our lives. On March 4, 2022, we decided to have a private vow renewal and found our wedding-saga closure in Sedona, Arizona. As we've felt first-hand, life does not always go as planned and we are ready to focus on our next chapter as husband and wife. ​ We can't thank you enough for your endless support and patience through these last few years. We wish that we would have been able to have each of you there, but your words of encouragement have meant so much to us. That can be found here but please know your love and support has been more than enough. We hope to have the opportunity to celebrate a milestone with you all in the future, but for now we are focused on our life together as Mr. & Mrs. Pannell!
