How do I RSVP?

Answer

You may RSVP through the 'RVSP' tab on this website or by mailing back the RSVP card in the formal invitation. Please RSVP no later than Saturday, August 16th, 2025. If we do not receive an RSVP from you on or before August 16th, we will assume that you sadly cannot join us.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests should start arriving around 3:00pm. The ceremony will begin at 3:30pm.

Are children invited?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults only event. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited and listed on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire or semi-formal is suggested—think dressy casual vibes, but be comfortable. :) Sundresses, dressy jumpsuits, dress shirt/pants, etc. Just a heads-up: there will be some grass and gravel to walk on, so plan shoes accordingly.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Both! Weather permitting, our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, and the reception will be indoor.

What is the easiest way to get to/from your wedding venue?

Answer

We strongly suggest driving, carpooling with a friend or family member, or having reliable transportation reserved in advance. Our venue is located in a beautiful yet remote location. Because of this, Uber/Lyft is not prevalent and will not be reliable. Parking is available onsite.  Venue: Rein Fire Ranch 27615 340th Ave SE, Ravensdale, WA 98051

If I live out of town, where should I stay for the wedding?

Answer

We are so grateful you are traveling to come celebrate with us! Please visit the 'Travel' tab for accommodation suggestions in the area.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we ask that all phones and other devices are put away and on silent during this time. Once the ceremony has concluded and cocktail hour has begun, please feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like, as long as you promise to share them with us!

Can I notify you of dietary restrictions?

Answer

Yes, please do! Our caterer can very easily accommodate gluten-free, dairy-free, etc. if notified ahead of time. Please let us know when you RSVP so we can accommodate you.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are fortunate enough to own a home of our own that is filled with everything we need. In lieu of physical gifts, we've opted to set up a honeymoon fund. Details are on the 'Registry' tab of this website.

If I have any other questions, who do I contact?

Answer

Please feel free to contact the bride or groom leading up to the wedding day. Day of the wedding, please contact one of the maids of honor (Kaitlyn or Kristin), or the day of coordinator.
