For those invited to our in-person ceremony and reception, please RSVP no later than June 28th, 2026. If you have been invited to our Zoom ceremony, there is no deadline to RSVP.
To ensure our ceremony begins promptly at 4:00p, we kindly request that guests aim to arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. This will allow sufficient time for parking, entering the ceremony space, and finding your seats comfortably.
For those whom we were able to extend an invitation to our reception, to ensure we can comfortably host everyone within the capacity of our venue, and in an effort to keep things simple, and to maintain the intimacy of this special event, plus ones are by invitation only. If we are able to extend an invitation to a plus one for you, their name will be mentioned on your invitation when you RSVP. We ask other guests to please not bring a plus one. We are so looking forward to celebrating with you! We have made the decision for our reception to be an adults-only event, with the exception of a few young family members. Therefore, we kindly request that if you have been extended an invitation to our reception, that only those whose names are specifically listed on your invitation attend. We sincerely hope you understand and perhaps welcome this as an opportunity for a night off. Your presence means the world to us!
We would love if you’d join us in dressing up for the occasion! The dress code for our reception is “Garden Party Cocktail” Our reception venue is outdoors, so please keep in mind the Florida heat and humidity 🌞
We understand that the weather in Florida during the summer can sometimes be adverse and unpredictable. With the safety and comfort of our guests in mind, our reception will be transitioned inside the Hacienda Hotel if, for a certainty, it will rain during all of part of the event.
While we certainly don’t mind you using your devices, we would be very grateful if you could please be mindful of our photographers and kindly refrain from stepping into their shots or otherwise hindering their work. Thank you so much for your cooperation! That being said, we would absolutely love to be able to see our wedding from our guest’s point of view. We would love for you to participate in our digital photo album. We will send out a link and also have QR codes posted at our reception venues for you to gain access to a digital disposable camera on your phone. You’ll be allowed to take up to 25 pictures throughout the course of the celebrations, so choose your shots wisely! Feel free to share the memories on social media with the hashtag #FinallyMcEachin
Your love, support, and most of all, your prayers in our behalf as we start this exciting new chapter in our lives is the greatest gift of all. However, if you wish to honor us with a gift, we are registered at Amazon and Target. The "Registry" tab of our wedding website contains a composite list of items from our wedding registries all bundled up into one.
🍾 We’re thrilled to be celebrating with you, and while the love, good times, and memories are free, the drinks (sadly) are not. Our reception venue will have an open bar, but please bring cash or your credit/debit card with you if you would like to partake.
