Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than September 15th, 2025 using the QR code on your formal invitation when you receive it in the mail. If we don’t receive your response in time, we won’t be able to include you in our final guest count. We’ll miss you and appreciate your understanding!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

When you RSVP, you’ll see the names included with your invitation. If a plus-one has been given, it will appear as an option when you respond. We truly appreciate your understanding as we keep our wedding day intimate with our closest family and friends!

Can we bring our children?

Answer

To keep our celebration intimate, our wedding will be an adults-only (21+) event. We truly appreciate you making arrangements so you can relax and celebrate with us! We hope you’ll see this as a chance to enjoy a fun night out and fully join in the festivities.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! We’re requesting cocktail attire for the evening. Please check the weather and dress accordingly, as the ceremony and reception will be held in separate buildings on the property.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. We recommend arriving 15 to 30 minutes early to provide yourself enough time to park and settle in. If you arrive late, we kindly ask that you settle into your seat in the back of the ceremony space.

What can I expect for parking?

The venue offers a large gravel parking lot for guests.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors, but they will take place in separate buildings on the same property. This means there will be a brief outdoor walk between venues. Weather permitting, you can also enjoy a beautiful outdoor cocktail hour. We recommend dressing accordingly to stay comfortable throughout the evening.

Is there a certain hotel we should stay at?

Answer

You're welcome to stay at any hotel you would like, however, we’ve secured a room block at the Hampton Inn for our wedding guests, available until September 25, 2025. This hotel is a short drive to the venue, and does include a shuttle service for our guests.

Will there be a shuttle service for hotel guests?

Answer

Yes! Guests staying at the Hampton Inn can take advantage of a shuttle service. It will run before the ceremony and again at the end of the night. You can book through our wedding block on the "Hotel Block" tab.
