Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Be present! We kindly ask that phones and cameras stay tucked away and silenced during the ceremony. Our photography team will be capturing everything beautifully and we will be sure to share the photos with you!

Can I bring a date or children?

Answer

We are keeping things close and meaningful with under 25 guests. Invitations are only extended to those named.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Sit back and enjoy live music at the ceremony location, the Grotto, beginning at 4:30pm. Ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm.

Where do we park?

Answer

Parking is valet and tips are appreciated. Please see an attendant at the hotel’s main lobby entrance upon arrival. After parking, head across the pedestrian bridge to the Grotto for the ceremony.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We request semi-formal cocktail attire. Suits and cocktail dresses are encouraged. If you feel inspired, dress to the nines!

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

Having you share the day with us is the greatest gift! While we do not have a formal registry, cards are welcome.

Will we be outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors at the Grotto (weather permitting), followed by an indoor dinner in the Taylor and Harrison Rooms. To reach the Grotto, cross the pedestrian bridge. Please note the ceremony space is on grass, so plan footwear accordingly.

What happens after the ceremony?

After the ceremony, we will take a few group photos at the Grotto, so please stay with us for a bit before heading inside. Then, we will move into the hotel for cocktails and dinner in the Taylor and Harrison Rooms.
