I have known Mike since I was in the 8th grade, but we technically didn't become friends until July 31st, 2011 at exactly 10:42 PM when Mike sent me this message on Facebook: "Heyy idk you but you seem nice, pretty and cool so I thought I'd say hello :D". Clearly, Mike had outstanding taste in people, and I couldn't wait to get to know him better. We became best friends very quickly and leaned on each other for support, advice, and encouragement throughout our teenage years, well into our young adulthood. On March 23rd, 2019 Mike FINALLY asked me to be his girlfriend. Our friendship had organically blossomed into the most beautiful romance and has continued to grow and flourish after all this time. Since the moment we met, Mike has always been my better half, and we eagerly look forward to our brilliant future ahead. We are both so blessed and could not be more thankful for the life we are privileged to live with one another.

On March 23rd, 2021 on our 2nd anniversary, Mike planned the surprise of a lifetime by bringing us back to the first place we met over 10 years ago to ask me to spend the rest of my life with him. I’ve never answered a question so quickly and with no doubt in my mind. I am so honored to have the opportunity to not only know this superlative man in my life but to also share the rest of my life with him. This will be the greatest chapter of our love story yet.
