Yes! Our travel agent—through Destify—has searched for the lowest available rate for your room and is giving you the lowest price available at the time of booking.

How do I submit a price match request for my stay?

Answer

If you've found a deal that is cheaper than what is showing on our booking site please follow these steps: 1. Take a screenshot of the lower price with a time and date visible. (price match requests must show the price on the same day you booked through Destify) **Please note: Price match requests will only be honored for the same tier room, the same days, for the same number of guests.** 2. Book your stay through our Destify booking site (linked in the travel tab above) 3. Reply back to your deposit payment confirmation e-mail (which is automatically sent after the deposit is placed) with the screenshot of the lower deal. Do I have to stay at the same resort?

Yes, we kindly ask all guests to book their stay at the Iberostar resort in Rivera Maya. https://finallyfriel.destify.com/ There are five hotels on the property that you can choose from. They vary in pricing so you are free to select whichever property fits within your budget!

The resort is ALL INCLUSIVE, with unlimited dining, beverages (alcoholic & non-alcoholic), activities, entertainment, taxes and fees included. Is this resort Family Friendly?

Yes! Four of the five properties within this resort are all family Friendly. However, the Grand Paraiso is ADULTS ONLY. If you would like to bring your tiny humans, please book at any of the 4 other properties.

No room block is being held at the resort, so please make your reservation as soon as possible to guarantee your room. Reservations can be held with a low non-refundable deposit of $150/person. Final Payments Due 65 days prior to your departure date. Price match is available at the time of booking. See above for details*

What should I wear?

Please dress formally. Our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all be held on the beach within the resort property so you may want to wear lightweight attire! (short sleeves are perfectly fine!)
