No. While we love everyone's littles, there's just too many for us to include them all. You may see a few during the ceremony or helping out, and a handful we were able to include. Unless a child's name was specifically listed on the RSVP invitation, we kindly ask that only those named attend. We appreciate your understanding so much.
If you are staying at the Best Western Plus in Jefferson, we have a free shuttle to transport you to and from the venue. If you are local, Topel's Towing has graciously volunteered their services to transport guests to and from the venue after the ceremony until bar time. Please be respectful of their time, vehicles and tip if you can! Please call 920-605-0112 for their services.
Cocktail attire! If you like a theme, feel free to wear our wedding colors. Think deep fall. Hunter Green, Maroon, Deep Purple, Navy, Sage Green.
Claire and Jack's Favorite Things. You will see a mishmash of items that may feel random but are small nods to things they enjoy. Disco Balls: When Claire and Jack started dating, Jack and his roommate Andy at the time had one in their garage. The boys would often times be seen sitting in lawn chairs, enjoying beers together, under the gleam of their garage disco globe. Anything Car Related: Jack's a passionate guy about cars from having worked on cars with his dad growing up, his time as a mechanic, worked as a race tech for Kelly Moss racing, and assisted Geoff Weide with his Art in Motion Rally team. Claire grew to enjoy old classic cars from her Dad and Grandpa, as well as watching Jack and friends race and working for Subaru. A Purple Shuttle Bus: Some may say fate brought this magical vehicle back into our lives on this day, and we thoughts guests may too want to enjoy a ride on such a vehicle. Jack and his friends once owned a purple school bus they converted into a camper/tailgating vehicle, after Claire sent them an ad on Craigslist. Neon Signage: Jack and Claire are suckers for party lights, especially when it's a movie quote. Ours in particular is from Bill and Ted's Most Excellent Adventure. Ceremony Music: Covers of our favorite movie soundtracks, bands, or emo and punk bands from our middle school days.
Sadly, no one seems to enjoy Tequila or Busch Regular as much we do.
We have a dream team of our favorite culinary folks from the area: TJ's Catering we met through our close friends the Jardines. They are professionals at all things smoked meat and we are excited to have them be a part of our day. Crawfish Junction: The local bar and restaurant Claire has worked at on weekends since 2017 and where Jack would often times visit Claire. The staff and customers have become a second family. Little Slice of Heaven: A small, local bakery that is Beth-approved. Jack isn't a dessert person but even he was very thrilled about the options we selected.
