What Is The Address?

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Doors will open at 5:00 PM and will be LOCKED at 5:45 PM to ensure everyone is seated. There will be someone at the door checking guests in. If you are not on the list, you will not be permitted into the wedding venue. We will be starting the ceremony promptly at 6:00 PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

THIS IS THE EVENT Y'ALL HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR - YOU BETTER SHOW OUT WITH THESE FITS! *However, we are kindly requesting that guests avoid wearing our wedding colors (Royal Blue and Purple). Other shades are fine.*

Is There A Theme?

Answer

You all know we have this unconventional, out of this world type of love. With that being said, elements of a 'galaxy' theme seemed fitting. However, we will have more of a focus on our colors because of their meanings. Our Wedding Colors: Royal Blue - The color symbolizing youth, spirituality, peace, tranquility, softness, compassion and caring. Royal Purple - The color of royalty which can represent magic, mystery, creativity and strength. Hints of Crimson - The color of strength, health, vitality, power and passion.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! There is parking available on premises including valet parking.

Is there transportation to & from the hotel?

Answer

If you're staying at The Wilshire Grand Hotel, no transportation will be needed! We worked very hard to ensure that we were accommodating our guests as best as possible! Our ceremony and reception will be taking place at the venue attached to the "official" hotel we have blocked out. Both the venue and The Wilshire Grand are wheelchair accessible. For our secondary hotel option (Residence Inn), we have not secured transportation to the venue but that hotel is only 0.7 miles away. Please plan accordingly.

Will There Be Alcohol?

YES! We will be having an open bar. Please enjoy, drink responsibly and remember we do have a hotel option!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “one additional guest,” then yes. IF NOT, the invitation is STRICTLY for you. *This will be heavily enforced!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If your child is not part of the wedding party and was not included as part of the invited guests, please be sure to find child care!
