What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please try to arrive around 4:00. The ceremony will begin at 4:30 p.m.

What covid precautions will be taken?
Answer
To protect vulnerable guests at our wedding, we are asking that everyone be fully vaccinated. Please feel free to wear a mask if you would be more comfortable!

Will there be transportation?
Answer
Yes! A bus will be available to transport guests to and from the Drury Plaza Hotel.

Will there be parking?
Answer
Sycamore Farms has a large parking lot and allows guests to keep their car overnight until 11 am the following day. Please be safe and leave your car if you need to!

What is the dress code?

Anything you are comfortable in!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
Please do not use your cellphones or cameras during the ceremony. We have a wonderful and talented photographer who will be capturing our ceremony so that you can be present and enjoy it :)

Will there be vegetarian or vegan options?
Answer
All of the hors d'oeuvres will be vegetarian, with a vegan option (polenta bites). The entire buffet will be vegan (there will be crumbled cheese available for the salad). We will also have a vegan groom’s cake

On your RSVP, please let us know if you have any allergies so we can accommodate you. We want everyone to be able to enjoy a meal and dessert :) For our friends needing gluten free options, we will be getting gluten free meals from a dedicated facility. The Wedding Cake does have nuts and dairy, but the Groom’s Cake is Vegan and does not contain nuts. We will also be getting GF desserts from a dedicated facility for anyone who indicates in their RSVP they need one!

Will the ceremony or reception be outside?

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. The reception will be inside :)

Do you have a hotel block for guests?
Answer
Yes! Please navigate here for more: https://www.zola.com/wedding/finallyfishkind/travel Transportation will be provided to and from the Drury Plaza Hotel. It is approximately a 15-20 minute drive from the venue.
