FAQs

Question

When should I rsvp by?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP by August 1st, so we can finalize numbers with our venue and caterer. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your children, we hope you will take this opportunity to enjoy a date night on us. If we have included your child/children in our guest count, your invitation will read “The (Last Name) Family”.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’re asking guests to wear black attire to match our wedding theme. Think Sunday best, polished and elegant. Dress it up or keep it simple, just as long as it’s black. We can’t wait to celebrate with everyone!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 6:00 PM, with seating opening at 5:15 PM. The gate will be closed and locked at 6:00 PM and will reopen after the ceremony. Restrooms will not be available before the ceremony, so please plan ahead. If you arrive early, please remain in your car to stay cool until seating opens. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Outdoors or indoors? Is there a rain plan?

Answer

Our ceremony is being held outdoors, while the reception will be indoors. In the event of rain, both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors, with a short intermission to allow for a venue flip between the two events.
