Please RSVP by October 1st, so we can have an accurate headcount.
If we do not get an RSVP back by October 1st, it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to the venue and our vendors in the timely manner they have given us and cannot accept late RSVPs due to this. We hope that you understand.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests not explicitly stated on the invitation. If you receive a plus-one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. We appreciate your understanding and are excited to celebrate with you!
While we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults only event. That being said, we kindly ask that you only bring those formally invited on your invitation. We hope you understand & enjoy the night off as we can't wait to celebrate with you!
Welcome to Florida, home of unpredictable weather! The weather here can change daily. January is typically mild and dry (that's what we're hoping for!) with average highs of 75 and average lows of 59.
The ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting) on the lawn overlooking the pond. The reception will also be outdoors and is paved for easier mobility.
Formal Attire: Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit and tie, while ladies can opt for a floor-length gown or formal midi-cocktail dress. Ladies, please refrain from white/ivory (:
Calling all ladies! Do not wear stiletto heels. I repeat, do not wear stiletto heels. There are some grassy areas that you might have to walk in so wear chunky heels or sandals. Can't have any of you ruining nice shoes or breaking any ankles. Also, be comfy for the dance floor!
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. Please arrive no later than 3:30pm to allow time to park, enter the venue, grab a beer or glass of champagne, and find a seat. No late entry into the ceremony will be permitted. Guests to be seated by 3:45pm. Ceremony promptly at 4:00pm.
There is plenty of free parking available at the venue. Drinking & driving is a no-no, so please plan to leave your car at the estate overnight and Uber home safely if that's the case. Please leave your car keys with us in case it needs to be moved. All cars must be gone by 10am Sunday.
We kindly request that you enjoy our ceremony presently with us and leave all cell phones or cameras in your purse or pocket during the ceremony. We have hired an awesome team of photographers to capture every detail and we will of course share those photos with you afterwards! After the ceremony, cell phones are welcomed as we would love for you to capture our special day and encourage you to snap away from cocktail hour to the dance floor!
Please add the details of your food allergy or dietary restriction to your RSVP. We will make accommodations with our caterer accordingly.
Of course! We will have beer and champagne available before the ceremony, so please arrive early to grab a drink and find a seat. Our open bar will be available from cocktail hour through reception and dancing!
*Subject to change, please check back closer to the wedding* Ceremony: 4:00PM - 4:30PM Cocktail Hour: 4:30PM - 5:30PM Dinner: 5:30PM - 6:30PM Dancing: 6:30PM - 10:00PM Grand Exit: 10:00PM
The most important gift to us is having you share in these memories of our wedding day. Should you wish to contribute in some other way, then a contribution to our honeymoon would really make our day! As we are traveling from Hawai'i to Florida with limited baggage, please refrain from physical gifts.
