Question

What time should we arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin punctually at 3:00PM. Please arrive no later than 2:45 PM. If you arrive after this time, you will not be allowed into the ceremony. You will still be able to attend the reception, so hang tight and we will see you shortly! Thank you for your understanding.

What happens if I don’t RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not get an RSVP back by the date which we have provided, you will be marked as “No”. We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide a total guest list to the venue in a timely manner. Due to this we cannot accept late RSVP’s we hope that you understand.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal attire to our wedding.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors.

How does seating work?

Answer

The ceremony will be open seating so sit wherever you please. For the reception, we will be assigning tables not assigning seats! So, sit where you please amongst your table!

Is there parking at on site?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking on site with easy access to the venue.

Can I bring a guest / date?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to “{Your Name} & Guest” if a plus one has been given to you.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named. Your invitation will be made out to “The {Your Last Name} Family” if your children are invited and “Mr. & Mrs.” If only you and your significant other have been invited.
