What are the food details?

Cocktail Hour: Hot and cold passed hors d'oeuvres Salad: Mixed greens, julienne carrots, roma tomato, red onion, honey-cider dressing with passed feta Entrees: (1) 8 oz. beef filet with parmesan gratin potato pave and asparagus with roasted pepper compote (2) Poached Atlantic salmon with basil wine cream layered with potato leek mousseline topped with sautéed spinach & Shitake mushrooms (3) Baked stuff baby eggplant: quinoa vegetable pilaf, sautéed spinach & onion, coconut-curry curry, red bell pepper coulis with roasted roma tomatoes Cake: Strawberry poppy seed torte

Can you clarify black-tie optional?

Answer

If you have or want to rent a tux that's great, but a suit and tie work well too. Both cocktail and full-length dresses are acceptable for women. Please note denim is not allowed in the DAC and collared shirts are required for men if you are staying overnight.

Are children allowed?

We ask that children stay home - thanks for your cooperation!

Is parking available at the DAC?

Answer

Yes, parking will be provided at the DAC and they do allow overnight parking. Please be aware of the reserved spots for members and park towards the top of the garage or valet.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please indicate your entrée selection(s) through our website RSVP. If you have any specific dietary restrictions, please describe in the RSVP and we will share with the DAC. Please also confirm any dietary restrictions with your server upon seating.

Should I rent a car?

Answer

A rental car isn't needed. The airport is a short distance to downtown (~20 mins) and all events will be walking distance from the hotel blocks.
