The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 P.M. Cocktails, dinner, and dancing will take place immediately following the ceremony. Dinner will be a choice of: Chicken Saltimbocca with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables Angus Beef Center Cut Filet with mashed potatoes and asparagus Chef's Choice Vegetarian Dinner
