Black-Tie Optional- Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. We'll be outside and on grass, so please bring a sweater or jacket and plan your footwear accordingly! There will also be an inside location for dancing, but it can get chilly on the bluff once the sun goes down. Also remember sunglasses!!
We will include all invited guests on the invitation, so please check that carefully. If they are not invited, we are more than happy to help connect you with Terranea's kids club and/or babysitting services
We will have a shuttle taking people from Terranea to Friday’s Welcome Event at La Venta with shuttles starting at 6PM PST & leaving from right outside the Terranea lobby. If you are not staying at either Terranea or close to it, you are more than welcome to either Uber/Lyft directly to Terranea for the shuttle OR Uber/Lyft to La Venta for the Friday Welcome Fiesta. For the wedding day, we encourage everyone to Uber/Lyft so that you can celebrate to the fullest!
As of now, we encourage the full vaccination of or/and a negative COVID test from every guest. California may be updating those guidelines by the time of the wedding, so we are waiting until then to see whether we will need everyone to send us pictures of their vaccination card and/or a negative test. If we require this, we will let you know via email. That said, no matter the requirements, we do encourage everyone to test before attending our wedding weekend. We want everyone to be with us, as happy and healthy as possible! Our Ceremony & Reception will all be outside, but the dancing will be inside a ballroom.
