Where is the wedding?

Answer

The venue is Becker Farms, everything will be held in the Garden Pavilion including the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 5:00pm, please arrive in between 4:30-4:45pm!

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking! If needed let us know and we can arrange drop off right at the pavillion!

There is a hotel about 15 minutes away from the venue located at 11591 Maple Ridge Rd, Medina, NY 14103. This is a Comfort Inn & Suites. There are also several airbnb's in the area!

Are kids invited?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we hope you understand that children are only invited if named. Your invitation will be made out to "The {Your Last Name} Family" if your children have been invited, and "Mr. & Mrs." if only you and your significant other have been invited. Please be mindful that alcohol will be flowing, and music will begin to be more explicit 9:00pm going forward.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to the limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your formal invitation will be made to "{Your name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered at Amazon along with honeymoon funds on Zola!

Question

When should I RSVP by? And what happens if I do not RSVP on time?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 30th! If we do not get an RSVP by April 30th, it will be marked as "Regretfully Declines". We will miss you celebrating with us; however, we have to provide a total guest count to the venue in a timely manner and cannot accept late RSVP's due to this. Thank you for understanding.

Can we take our own photos and videos?

Answer

Our ceremony will be unplugged. We ask that all phones and cameras are put away and that there are no pictures or videos taken during the ceremony. We have two great photographers that will be capturing the moment for us! Please feel free to take photos and videos throughout the course of the reception and scan the QR codes located around to share the photos with us!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love for our guests to join us in semi-formal attire to celebrate in style! We would love to see you in suits, gowns or cocktail dresses. We kindly ask that you stay away from colors traditionally reserved for the bride (ivory, white, creams, or anything pale in color) along with shades of pink as that is what the bridal party will be wearing! Thank you!
