There will be about an hour between the end of the ceremony, at the Hyatt, and the beginning of the cocktail hour, at TopGolf. There's a 30 minute drive from the Hyatt to TopGolf, so if you need to check into your hotel, or park at your hotel and Uber/Lyft to TopGolf, you have ample time.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Only children that are in the wedding or children who we have okayed previously will be allowed.

Question

How will I know how many guests I can bring, or who from my family was invited?

Answer

When you RSVP, you and your party’s name will appear in your group. You can change the name of the guest(s), but you cannot add a guest. Out of respect to the bride and groom, please do not ask to add anyone to your party.

Do I have to stay at the hotel that was blocked for the wedding guests?

Answer

Of course not! There are many hotels in Jacksonville, so if you need a recommendation just ask the bride or groom.

What should I do if I have a food allergy?

Please notify the bride or groom immediately.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 2:45pm to the Hyatt Regency in downtown Jacksonville.
