Natalia knew of Jermyn before he really knew of her. We went to the same high school and had mutual friends, but never actually talked back then. Somehow we ended up as social media friends, and after seeing Natalia post about wanting to see Christmas lights about a million times, Jermyn asked her out. The plan was to go see the lights… but that didn’t happen because tickets were needed and he didn’t know that part. So instead, we went to see Spider-Man: No Way Home in December of 2021, and honestly that ended up being way better. Natalia thought it was the cutest thing watching Jermyn nerd out the entire time over the movie. We were both super shy at first. Jermyn was really sweet, and Natalia was awkward, barely said two words… and may or may not have practically run out of the car when he dropped her off because she was nervous and didn’t know if he was going to kiss her or not (she definitely did). After that, we started talking every day, kept hanging out, and it all just kind of fell into place. Nothing ever felt forced — it just worked. On February 28, 2022, we made it official, and we’ve been stuck with each other ever since (in the best way).

For years, Natalia had been asking Jermyn for professional pictures, so when he finally planned a photoshoot, she thought he was just giving in and making it happen — because every time we tried to plan one before, something ridiculous would come up and we’d have to cancel (so thank you, Misty, for not giving up on us). We got all dressed up and went into the shoot thinking we were just there for cute pictures together… nothing out of the ordinary. At the end of the photoshoot, Jermyn completely surprised Natalia by getting down on one knee and proposing. She had absolutely no idea it was coming, and may or may not have started to cry before quickly pulling herself together as soon as Jermyn said, “don’t cry, you’re going to ruin your makeup!!” There are actually photos of the exact moment he proposed (you can check them out in our gallery), which makes it even more special to look back on. The whole moment felt so natural and so us. After almost four years together, it really was the easiest yes of her life — forever with him just felt right. We’ve been each other’s best friends and biggest headaches from the start… and now we get to do life together forever.
