FAQs

Question

Will children be invited?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults only event. Although we love your littles ones, we encourage you to use this night as a date night!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is black tie required! Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses. Gentleman please wear a suit & tie. NO JEANS please!

Question

Is it ok to take pictures and/or videos with our phones during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony. We hired an amazing photographer to capture all of our special moments. We kindly ask that you allow us to capture these moments and let the photographers do their thing. However, you are more than welcome to bring out your cameras & phones during the reception!

Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

If you are able to RSVP when you receive your invitation, that is great and very helpful! The last day to RSVP is November 1, 2024. If you do not RSVP on the website or tell us personally you will be attending, you will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide a total guest count to our vendors in a timely manner. Due to this we cannot accept late RSVP's, we hope that you understand!

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes before 6:30pm ceremony time. This gives us enough time to be on schedule. If you are late and the wedding has started, we ask you take seats in the back until the ceremony has finished and then join us at the reception.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation, if you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are there any colors that should be avoided?

Answer

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride such as white, ivories, creams, and silver/gold. Aileen's request- try not to wear black :)

Question

Who’s invited to the pool day?

Answer

We will have a pool day post wedding day on Sunday December 15th, 2024, for all guests that will be staying the weekend at the hotel with us as we celebrate saying I do!

For all the days along the way
