This event is casual! Think lawn games, coolers, and grilling. Grass can be soft on the property, so maybe re-think heels.
Join us for our Welcome Party to bring in the weekend right! Imagine one of our parties, but this time at a nicer location. We will be grilling meat, and will have vegetarian options, and we will have sides. We will also have some drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). If you would like anything specific, feel free to bring your own food to grill or drinks. This is going to be a less-formal evening than the wedding. Bringing your own booze, meat, & things to share is totally acceptable and encouraged for this event. Please let us know if you can make it so we can count in food allergies & head count. If are just able to come in for the wedding, that is completely OK to join us just for Saturday!

Our Ceremony

Our wedding will be semi-formal. The grass can be soft, so maybe re-think stilettos.
Our wedding ceremony will take place in Aspen Grove at Mountain Springs Lodge. This area is to the left of the main office and will have grassy trails to get to it from all points of the property. If you are parking from off-site, please park in the parking lot, walk towards the main office on the cement path, and follow the grass path to the tree grove. Ceremony will begin at 5:00pm sharp. Cocktail hour & Reception to follow at Beaver Creek Barn.
Reception

If you are parking from off-site, please park in the parking lot, walk towards the main office on the cement path, and follow the grass path to the barn. Cocktail hour will directly follow the ceremony at Beaver Creek Barn at 5:30. Reception to follow. Dinner service will begin at 6:30.

Heading back to Ponderosa After the Wedding
If you want to continue the party, join us back at Ponderosa for the after party! If you are staying on site, feel free to stop by your lodge & change before coming over. We will be here for the rest of the night!
