Benjamin and Jess met in December 2012 through a mutual friend and both in that moment decided they had to have the other. After leaving their first encounter, Jessica decided she had to find SOME reason to reach out to Ben. So, after finding him on Facebook she messaged him and asked about the only thing she could think of that wouldn't come across as weird or forward, his dog, Chevy. Jess used their mutual love for dogs to make the first move of what would eventually turn into a marriage proposal. It's been a long and amazing 10 years for the two of them, and they couldn't be happier with the life they have built together with their 3 dogs, Chevy, Marley, and Sadie. They are excited about their next chapter together and what the future holds for them as Mr. and Mrs. Charles.
