Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

The ceremony and reception will both be held at The Hummingbird Chateau. 1920 Bachmans Valley Rd, Manchester, MD 21102

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please try to arrive by 4:00 PM so we can begin the ceremony promptly at 4:30 PM. We’re so excited to share this special moment with you and want to make sure no one misses a thing!

What’s the recommended attire?

We kindly ask for cocktail attire. The cocktail hour will be outdoors if the weather cooperates.

Where is the venue located and is parking available?

Answer

Parking is available onsite, but we encourage you to take advantage of the complimentary shuttle service from the hotel.

Will there be shuttle service between the hotel and venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be shuttle service between the hotel and the venue! Buses will depart the hotel at 3:30 PM for the ceremony and will return to the hotel from the venue at 10:15 PM that evening.

Is there a hotel block reserved for guests?

Answer

Yes! We’ve reserved a hotel block on a first-come, first-served basis. Please visit our Travel page for all the details and booking information.

What’s the timeline for the wedding day?

Answer

Ceremony kicks off at 4:30 PM, followed by cocktail hour from 5 to 6. Reception starts at 6 with dinner, then dancing until 10. Times might shift a bit, so please bare with us on our big day!

Can we expect a bar at the wedding?

Yes! We’ll have an open bar featuring a variety of your favorite drinks, plus some special signature cocktails crafted just for our big day. All in hopes of getting you on the dance floor to celebrate with us!
