We didn't meet on our own terms, as we were lucky enough to be introduced to each other at such a young age. No really, we were like 6 months old when we first met. Our mothers, Nikki and Trina, attended middle school together in Lancaster, a long, long, long time ago (just kidding!). They went to different high schools but were reunited at AV Hospital after each having a baby. That is where we come in. On January 14th we both made our way into the world. (As if we don't already have to share enough, God made us share a birthday, too.) Several years since then, our relationship consisted of birthday parties, family celebrations, and playdates. Until one day, when we were having a playdate, Caleb made Bella cry, and then was no longer allowed to come over and play. Haha! We still continued to run into each other throughout elementary, junior high, and high school. The occasional “Hey, Twin!” would be excitedly said whenever we did see each other.

Fast forward to Christmas 2019. Caleb wished the world of Twitter a “Merry Christmas.” Bella grasped the opportunity to get Caleb’s attention (as she tried to a year beforehand, without any success) and sent him a private message, wishing him and his family a Merry Christmas. After catching up a little bit more, phone numbers and snapchats were exchanged. The sweet-talking had begun. We decided to catch up over a Chili’s dinner on a Friday night. Caleb insisted on picking up Bella at her house. When he walked in, Nikki couldn’t stop giggling over the fact that he was so grown up. It wasn’t a first sight kind of love, since we’ve seen each other so much before. But, this time was different. We were immediately smitten with each other.
