Ali and Will technically met on Ali's first day of work at Turn5 but did not truly "meet" until that following Friday night's Happy Hour. Back when Ali started at Turn5, the company was still small enough where they would walk the new hires around to everyone's desk to shake hands and meet. Ali met so many people that day and doesn't specifically remember meeting Will in that moment, but Will claims he remembers the exact moment they met! That following Friday, Ali's coworker had invited her to a Happy Hour out in West Chester to "meet the new hires at Turn5" and sure enough, Will was there. When Ali first noticed Will, she remembers saying to her friend "Ooo who's that?" and her friend's response was "OMG! That's Will! He's single! Let me text him!" (Shoutout to the best matchmaker Nicole!). After a couple minutes, Ali's friend goes over to Will to ask if he got the text message and Will's response was "Oh, no, my phone is dead". Ali's friend proceeds to tell him that her friend (Ali) thought he was cute and that he should go talk to her! At that point, Ali was at the bar watching the Flyers game on TV and ordering a drink. Moments later, Will walks over and asks Ali if she liked the Flyers and they chatted over the game and didn't stop talking for the rest of the night. Will even stayed on the phone with Ali while she drove 45 minutes home to her dad's house in Montgomery County (where she had lived at the time) and until she fell asleep in her bed. Ali and Will hid their relationship from their coworkers at Turn5 for about 4 months afterwards, until their work's Holiday Party when they showed up as eachother's dates and shocked the entire company (except for their friends who had already known)!
