Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will provide drinks! Guests are also welcomed to bring their own alcohol but need to give it to the bartender along with their name and if they are sharing.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Yes! We are okay with kids since we have quite a few on both sides. If they are formally invited or as a guest on the website we wanted to kindly ask if you could help us by seating your child(ren) away from the aisle during the ceremony. This will help ensure that everyone has an unobstructed view, our photographer can take amazing pictures, and that our ceremony runs smoothly. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we can’t wait to share this day with you!

Is there onsite childcare?

Answer

YES! Fortunately, our venue provides onsite childcare for $45 per kid. This will be an additional cost to you and they will provide care from 3:30-11. Please let me know in advance their age, any food allergies, and activities they like so I can let the staff know. Also this must be paid in advance (at least two days before the wedding) you may pay me or send the money directly to my coordinator. The daycare will provide food (separate from the wedding) and engaging activities. You are more than welcome to check on them anytime you wish. If they are not potty trained please bring diapers and wipes.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP the latest by August 4th but try your best to RSVP as soon as you can.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is a private parking lot to enter the venue staff will be there to help direct you please be kind and courteous to them as they are trying get people in.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please be seated and settle by 3:45.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are requesting all guests to wear black unless told otherwise by the bride or groom. Also, this will be a ranch like wedding please keep in mind the type of shoes you wear as there is a lot of grass.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Only people who were formally invited and/or name is on the website under the RSVP section may attend thank you for understanding.

Am I RSVP’ing for the reception, cocktail hour, or ceremony?

Answer

There are 3 events that you should RSVP for. Cocktail hour is immediately after the ceremony and then will go straight into the reception.
