Arrival

Please be aware, there will be a moderate 1/2 mile hike to get to the ceremony. Parking is at the Twin Arches parking lot. Walk to the back of the lot towards the restrooms to begin your hike. The trail will fork about 1/4 mile in-- either way will bring you to the arches. Left at the fork will bring you to the bottom of the arches (where the ceremony will be held); right at the fork will bring you to the top of the arches where a set of steep stairs will bring you down to the bottom. Please be sure to allow yourself enough time for travel and hiking to be at the arches by 4:00pm EST. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions before the day of the ceremony.

Adventurous Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.
We will have a short vow exchange under the South Arch. Seating will not be provided. We recommend bringing a camp chair if you have reservations about standing or sitting on the earth.
Meet and Mingle

We know many of you will go your separate ways after the vow exchange but we would love to spend some time with everyone before we all depart. We'll have some time to socialize with refreshments and snacks under the arches before heading down to the lodge for the night.

We will be having a reception at Charit Creek Lodge after the Meet and Mingle. For guests planning to join the reception we recommend booking a stay at Charit Creek Lodge. The lodge is a .8 mile hike down hill from the arches. For guests planning to stay at Charit Creek Lodge you can either Park at the Twin Arches parking lot and bring your overnight gear to the ceremony (we will have a designated area to stash it) or you can come early and drop your gear off at the lodge. In this case we recommend parking at the Charit Creek Lodge parking lot the night before or the morning of. There will be people stationed at the lodge to get you checked in. Charit Creek Lodge parking lot to Charit Creek Lodge is a .8 mile hike down hill and Charit Creek Lodge to the Twin Arches is a .8 mile hike up hill.
