We met after a high school dance, thanks to Ben's best man, Drew. He invited us both out for a late night bite at Buffalo Wild Wings, and that was that. Ben offered to share his fried pickles, and Liv has been stealing his food ever since.

After dinner one night, we were walking around Canalside with Murphy. As we crossed the bridge over the empty ice rink, Ben stopped and said, "Murphy and I have a question for you." He knelt down, propped our pup up on his knee, and pulled out a ring.

As the years have passed, we've watched each other graduate both high school and college. We lived in Rochester as we attended college in the area, and moved back home to Buffalo in 2020. We have traveled parts of the world together; from backpacking in Europe to weekends with the pop-up. In the summer of 2019, we met the love of our lives (besides each other) when we adopted Murphy. He keeps us busy with his own antics, attitude, and adventures.
