Transportation Details
We've thought ahead and will be providing transportation to allow a seamless arrival/departure to the venue.
There will be two buses, one stationed at the Hampton Inn, Hutto, and the other at Holiday Inn, Taylor. The buses are scheduled to leave the hotels at 4:30 PM sharp! If you miss the bus, you're on your own.
At the end of the evening, the same buses will return to the venue to pick guests up and will return you to the location at which you were picked up from. Buses will be clearly labeled with the correct hotel location. Again, if you miss the return buses, you're on your own for transportation.
We ask that you kindly follow the schedule for bus arrivals/departures, as our venue is in a rural area, and Uber/Lyft does not service the destination. Again, if you miss the bus, you're on your own.
