What time should we arrive?

We recommend arriving by 4:15 PM to comfortably find your seat and enjoy a welcome drink before the celebration begins.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside, while the reception will be held under a tent—all within the same scenic venue.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We recommend garden formal attire for our wedding. Gentlemen should plan to wear a suit and tie, while ladies are encouraged to choose elegant, summery dresses. Since the venue includes grassy areas, we suggest selecting footwear that will be comfortable and practical.

How will I get to the venue?

Answer

Complimentary shuttle service will be provided to and from our recommended hotels. Cedar Bus Co. will handle all pickups and drop-offs. To the Venue: Shuttles will depart from the Staybridge Suites and Hampton Inn at 3:45pm, followed by a pickup from the Country Inn and Suites at 3:50pm, arriving at O'Briens by 4:10pm. From the Venue: Return shuttles will begin departing at 10:30pm, making two trips to ensure all guests are comfortably transported back to their hotels. Alternatively, you're welcome to drive yourself. O'Briens offers designated on-site parking, and overnight parking is available if needed.
