What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts exactly at 5. We recommend arriving 20-30 minutes early to enjoy a glass of champagne and mingle without the stress of running late!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We welcome kids at the ceremony, however please arrange for them to be picked up after so that our adult guests can be fully present during cocktail hour and reception.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be buses provided on both nights to take you to and from the welcome party and the wedding. Pick up is at the Hampton Inn Hotel in Huntington.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, if you choose to drive, there is parking at the ceremony venue. Parking is limited for the welcome party on 9/18. If you are driving, there will be limited street parking, so please reach out to us in advance.
