When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The venue will open at 3:30. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:15.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will depart Courtyard by Marriott Golden/Red Rocks at both 3:30 and 6:30pm to our venue. The shuttle will depart the venue at 6:15 and 10:45 pm to Courtyard by Marriott Golden/Red Rocks. Personal vehicles may be left at the venue overnight.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a large parking lot at the venue where you may leave your vehicle over night. If you are staying in the block of hotels we have booked, please consider utilizing the guest shuttle.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to safety concerns at our venue, children under the age of 12 cannot be accommodated.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

All guests with a ‘plus-one’ will have an additional guest indicated on their invitation when they RSVP.
