Pompey first noticed Jovana when he was about to take a test for a new job. Over 100 applicants were spread throughout the room. As the instructor began administering the test instructions, Pompey heard little high heels click-clacking across the room towards him. There was no secret there; Jovana was late, as usual. She was all dolled up, with her little outfit and blue heels. Their story began four years ago at a month-long work training in Sacramento. During their training, they spent every day together. After a long day of training, Pompey would knock on her door when he was hungry, and Jovana would knock on his door because she needed attention. Jovana and Pompey started as friends and kept it flirty. After they completed their training, they didn’t miss a beat. As time went on, their friendly relationship blossomed. We all know everyone loves Pompey, and so did Jovana. She looked past his charisma, confidence, and sexy ruggedness and knew deep down inside he was a lover boy. On March 21, 2021, Pompey swept Jovana off her little feet, and they rode off into the sunset on his Harley. They ended their date by sharing a lobster roll and drinking a cucumber michelada. Fast-forward to December 10, 2023. After three triple axles and loops around the ice-skating ring, Pompey dropped to one knee and asked Jovana to marry him. Jovana is not only pretty but smart, so she replied, “Si.” Jovana and Pompey’s relationship is filled with spontaneity, laughter, oh, and lots of patience. They love brunch, motorcycle rides, holiday movies, and, most of all, being with family. They’re so excited to start the next phase of their lives together and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
