Sacred Heart Church (the ceremony) and Le Meridien (the reception) are right next door to each other, so you will not need to move your car in between the ceremony & reception. Valet parking is available at Le Meridien, street parking is available, and there is also a parking garage next door to Sacred Heart Church at 513 S Florida Ave, Tampa, FL 33602.
The ceremony and reception will be indoors with the exception of cocktail hour, which will be outside by the pool at Le Meridien.
The ceremony will be at 11:00. Cocktail hour will be starting at noon at Le Meridien. Then the reception will be from 1pm to 5pm.
Semi-formal-formal. Whatever you are most comfortable with.
The reception for the wedding is at Le Meridien, which is the closest hotel to Sacred Heart Church. That’s where we have a room block for a discounted price (please note that if you are using the room block code, you should make a reservation to stay earlier as opposed to later since there are limited spaces). If you want other options nearby, there is the Hilton Downtown Tampa as well as an Aloft Downtown Tampa, all within walking distance from the wedding.
The salmon, short-rib, & cauliflower steak are all made gluten-free. If you are vegetarian, you can have either the eggplant parmesan or the cauliflower steak. If you are vegan, you can have the cauliflower steak. If you have other allergies, let us know.
