We're Getting Married!

We met in 2015 when my brother Mario introduced us at Golds Gym. Throughout the following two years we would see each other at the gym, say “hi” and give a wave in passing, but that was the extent of that. After two long years, Tim finally struck up the courage to give me his phone number. I made him wait a couple weeks before I finally messaged him to talk about the Celtics. Obviously our first conversation was pertaining to sports because we all know how big of a sports fan Tim is. And from there the rest was history.

10.13.2018 Tim planned a trip to a couples resort in Ocho Rios, Jamaica to celebrate my birthday. As we were getting ready for dinner our first night, Tim told me to wear “the best outfit” I had packed because he had rented a private island that we were having dinner on. At the time I did not think much of it other than the usual romantic gestures from Tim, but I was so excited to have dinner on a private island! As we got on the boat to drive over to the island, Tim appeared nervous but I thought it was only because we were on a boat. Dinner was delicious, the service was great, and we could hear the beautiful crash of the waves surrounding us. Towards the end of the evening a photographer came over to take pictures, telling me it was part of the package deal. During the photos the photographer had me face out towards the ocean, and when I turned around Tim was down on one knee. First, I ugly cried and then I screamed, shouted "YES," and we were engaged. The night was like something from a movie. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you soon!
