Marilyn managed the coworking space, FlatironCity, in the Flatiron Building in Downtown Atlanta, and John's company had office space there. Marilyn first met John when he needed to use the 3D printer to try and print an ornament for his office Christmas tree. No ornament was ever actually completed (she didn't know how to work it!), and I guess it wasn't quite the vibes during their first meeting. John was a little scared that Marilyn lived with 3 other college girlfriends. Then a few months later, Marilyn was invited out to have margaritas with some people from John's office for National Margarita Day. That same week, John asked Marilyn to drinks at Ladybird (which John swears Marilyn was going to blow him off,) and then they had dinner at Gunshow. AND the rest is history!

Yes, you'll see these two crazies walking down the aisle on our wedding day, or at least they'll be somewhere in the vicinity! We got Penny in May of 2022, and Piper in July 2023. Penny is 2 years old & Piper is 1.

We love to travel. We visited Europe in 2019 (before the pandemic!), and visited the Netherlands, Belgium, and France. In 2022, we went to Saint Lucia. We have also visited friends & family all over the US: Salt Lake City, the Grand Canyon, Austin, Miami, Ft. Myers, Charleston, Bath (you should check it out!), and more. Where should we go on our honeymoon!?
