What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting at 5:00 pm. Please plan to arrive between 4:30 and 4:45 pm to find a seat before the ceremony starts.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

You may stay at The Grand at the Bedford Village Inn, the beautiful boutique hotel where our wedding will be taking place. There are also several other nearby hotels. Please see the “Travel” page on this website for more details on lodging options.

Are plus ones and children allowed?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget and to accommodate the guest number limit of our venue. With this being said, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. If a plus one and/or children are invited, this will be indicated on the invitation and you will be able to RSVP for them on our website. We thank you for your understanding.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

There will be an option to indicate any dietary restrictions when you RSVP here on our website.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the The Grand Boutique Hotel at the Bedford Village Inn (where both our ceremony and reception will be taking place).

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We request that you wear cocktail attire. Weather permitting, our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside on grass. Ladies, keep this in mind when selecting your footwear.
