We, as children of this century (or we pretend to be), met using the fabulous powers of the internet. From the start, we enjoyed our time together too much. It was so easy, light and full of love. Since then, we have shared lots of joyful and special moments and created beautiful memories. We're excited to see where life takes us, together. Nós, como bons viventes deste século, nos conhecemos usando os poderes fantásticos da internet. Desde o começo, nós aproveitamos muito o nosso tempo juntos. Foi sempre muito fácil, leve e cheio de amor. Desde então, nós compartilhamos muitos momentos especiais e cheios de felicidade, criando lindas memórias. Nós estamos muito animados para ver onde que a vida vai nos levar, juntos.

Picture that... paradise island, first day of the year. We decided to go up to Haleakala on Maui to enjoy the first sunrise of 2020. We could stop right there and it would be an experience for a lifetime. As the sun was approaching, we were hugging each other on the top of clouds mesmerized with the beauty of that scene. Miguel then decided to make that moment even more special and proposed to Ric. There could not be a better time-space-situation combo. Imagine isto... uma ilha paradisíaca no primeiro dia do ano. Nós decidimos ir para to topo da montanha mais alta de Maui para observar o primeiro nascer do Sol de 2020. Nós poderíamos parar por aí e já seria uma experiência de toda uma vida. Com o Sol chegando, nós estávamos nos abraçando em cima das nuvens (literalmente) e observando aquela vista fantástica. Eis que Miguel então decidiu tornar aquele momento ainda mais especial e pediu o Ric em casamento. Não poderia haver uma combinação de tempo, espaço e situação melhor que esta.
