Great beach town with a public beach and pavilion area, trails, and a park to rent kayaks and stand up paddleboards.

Lido Key Beach

Lots of cute shops, restaurants, and bars in Downtown Sarasota. Some of our favorites include Mattison's City Grille, Nancy's BBQ (on Ringling Blvd), and Cafe Epicure. There is a Farmer's Market on Saturdays from 7am to 1pm on N. Lemon Avenue within walking distance of the Aloft Sarasota hotel.

Main Street

Lots of touristy shops and restaurants to explore. Grab a drink on the second floor deck at Dacquiri Deck and enjoy the people-watching! Or sit down to an amazing meal at Columbia Restaurant.
