We have shared countless memories from playing mermaids together when we were younger to cherishing each other’s successes supporting one another in our graduation. I love her the absolute most, and would do anything for her. It makes me so happy to know that someone else cares and shares the same love for her as I do, I couldn’t be more blessed to have Fernando in our lives and be apart of our family, he certainly completes Nikki 💛

Fernando has been like a brother to me since I first met him. We had an amazing time in college, even became roommates for a few years. During that time, I got to know him better, and all I can say to Nikki is that she found a good one in Fernando. A very loyal friend that will always be there for you, very hardworking and committed to being successful in life. I know he will be a great husband to Nikki and the best dad for Camila. Hi my name is Karina and I am Nikki’s best friend. She and I have grown up together and have shared many great memories from chasing each other with ice creams down the hallways in cruises to moving to San Antonio together and supporting one another through our pregnancies. We are continuing the third generation of best friends with our daughters Cami and Dani. Daniela loves her Nina Nikki very much and we are all so happy that she and Fernando found one another. We cannot wait to celebrate their special day. We love you guys!

I'm not going to sugarcoat our relationship; we've had our moments where we were at each other's throats. But I think that it was those moments that we realized how important we were to one another, it has made us closer as siblings. I have seen you grown mentally, spiritually and physically as a person since you've met Nikki. Your wardrobe attire and personal hygiene has drastically improved for one. Not only Nikki is my cousin but she is part of my really close friends. Her laugh, her advise and stories are everything I look forward to when I see her. Freshman year in high school and I didn’t know a single person. First day of school for me, and i had no friends; algebra class, Fernando walked into my life. Little did I know he would become my best friend. I’ve never had a friend like him before, who would’ve though that he was just a big teddy bear. He opened my eyes to the world, we would go out every chance we got. Thanks to him I’ve come to know many places. We have so many emotional memories together. The things we have been through... if the walls could talk. I’m very fortunate to have him in my life, and anyone who knows him will tell you he has a beautiful soul. 14 years of friendship, but who’s counting right. I’m gratified he came into my life. I noticed it from the day my brother first told me about her, i was happy for him and i can instantly tell from the way he talked about her to me he was happy and in love. Months later Nikki and I got closer, she was always filled of excitement and happiness. She made my dream come true of wanting a big sister. I was able to tell her so many things about myself and she always gave me the best advice about life. Nikki i cant wait for more memories, crazy stories and fun road trips to have in the future. Moving to Texas was a big move in my life. Luckily I had Fernando to swoop in the picture. Didn’t really have many friends, and the ones that I had weren’t as down like Fernando was. Always up for whatever. No matter what, when or where. I’ll keep the bar tales of Fernando for another time. Trust me, boy do we have tales about Fernando. Seriously though, if it weren’t for him, I wouldn’t be able to brag about the cool spots I know. He became a close friend that will always have my full support. Its a sad yet happy time see a friend get married. Nevertheless, this marks a huge milestone in his life. The end to an era and the beginning of another. Glad I get to see his wife and daughter join the party.

Our friendship started in college when Leo made the decision to join the same fraternity I was in. During his first semester in college, I remember us connecting on our heritage. We shared a common background along with both of us being from Houston. He was the guy who you knew you would have a good time with when we went out. I remember Leo almost every other weekend would come over to Miguel and mine's apartment to start weekend festivities. His friendship means alot to me and grateful he is part of my wedding party.
