Eat, drink and Laissez Le Bon Temps Roulet!   

Drinks:  Carousel Bar, French 75, and Lafitte's Black Smith Bar are fun places for a drink. Bacchanal is a great wine bar in a funky part of the city and the Columns Hotel is a beautiful place to get a drink. The patio at Pat O'Brien's is great.                  

Eat: Surrey's, Horns and Ruby Slipper are great for breakfast.     

For a traditional and memorable New Orleans meal make a reservation at Commanders Palace, Brennan's, Gautreau's, Restaurant R'evolution,  Palace Cafe or Clancy's Restaurant. 

Music: Frenchmen Street is full of bars with live music, check out Snug Harbor if you go. Bacchanal has live jazz in their backyard at night. Preservation Hall has great music at night. The piano bar at Pat O'Brien's is a fun late night spot to hear live music.
