We're getting married

We came from different walks of life, but somehow ended up in the same place at the right time Fernando made a last-minute decision to head down to Rosarito, Mexico for a weekend at Papas & Beer. Jennifer was debating between Las Vegas or Rosarito and with a little push from a friend, she chose Rosarito too. One night, drawn by the sound of Banda music playing from the beach, Jennifer and her friends wandered down to check it out. While singing and dancing in the sand, Fernando spotted her and pulled her in to dance. Neither of us knew we were both from the Bay Area. Later that night, Jennifer mentioned wanting to ride a horse. Fernando was hesitant at first, but eventually agreed and we ended up riding along the beach together. Before parting ways, he asked for her number. A couple of weeks later, he called but Jennifer almost didn’t answer, thinking it was a sales call. Thankfully, she picked up and that led to our first date: pizza and beer. Looking back, we know it wasn’t luck or coincidence. God placed us in each other’s lives at just the right moment. Seven years later, we’re getting married on Saturday, November 15th, 2025 and we’re so grateful for the path that led us here. Funny how one random trip turned into forever.
