Our happy couple met one night at the Brix in 2012. Fernando worked there as a bartender, and Helen would regularly come in with her friends. There was an instant connection and natural comfort between them that would blossom into a long friendship. It wasn't their time then, but that changed four and a half years ago... The date was July 29th, 2019. The place was Daily's, Blink 182 was on tour, and Helen and Fernando happened to have seats in the same row. They chatted in the easy way they always did and went their separate ways that night, but Fernando shot his shot and asked her on a date the next day. She said yes, the rest is history, and the best is yet to come.
