FAQs

If you have any other questions or need to update your RSVP, please text 864-516-6320. Thank you!
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please be sure to RSVP no later than July 13th, 2024! Earlier is always appreciated. If you do not RSVP by July 13th, 2024 - you will be marked as “not attending”. We would love celebrating with you, however, we are not accepting any late RSVP’s since we do have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors. If you RSVP then later find out you/your plus one cannot attend, please let us know as soon as possible for us to relay to our venue & caterers.

Question

Can I bring a plus one / my children?

Answer

We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest family and friends. If you receive a plus one, it will appear on your invite. We ask that guests refrain from bringing kids/plus ones unless otherwise stated on your invitation.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes - please let us know by July 13th, 2024 of any known food allergies for yourself, a plus one or your children for us to relay to our caterers.

Question

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes! All non-alcoholic drinks are free for guests and the alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase. Please be sure to bring your ID. No shots or outside alcohol will be permitted.

Question

Is smoking permitted?

Answer

Yes, but please be sure to smoke in the designated smoking areas.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our friends & family dress up with us. We are requesting cocktail/semi-formal attire for our wedding. Ladies can wear floor-length or midi formal dresses, pantsuit or a nice blouse with a skirt. Gentleman can wear suit & tie or a dress shirt with slacks. Please no jeans/denim or flip flops!

Question

Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?

Answer

We kindly ask that you not wear colors that are traditionally reserved for the bride. No whites, off-whites, pearls, ivories or creams!

Question

Can I take pictures/vidoes?

Answer

We are having an Unplugged Ceremony (no phones or cameras allowed). You will be required to turn your phone off before the ceremony begins. We have hired professional photographers/videographers to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos with you as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos & videos as you’d like!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will begin at 3:00pm sharp. We encourage all guests to start arriving to the venue at 2:00pm, but no later than 2:30pm to allow time to park, admire the ceremony decor, listen to prelude music, acknowledge other guests, etc. No guests will be allowed to enter once the doors are shut at 2:45pm. You must wait until the ceremony is over and cocktail hour has begun.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Ceremony and Reception will both be taking place at Revel Event Center - which has ample amount of parking.

Question

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking photos around the venue. During that time, guests can enjoy cocktail hour with drinks, appetizers, games and socialize with other guests.

Question

Will the wedding be held indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held indoors. However, for cocktail hour and reception there will be an option to visit the outside courtyard to enjoy drinks and socialize.

Question

Where should we bring / send our wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence & well wishes are the most meaningful gifts we could ever ask for. If you are considering bringing a gift, we do request monetary contributions towards our honeymoon as opposed to physical items.
